After the introduction of corporate criminal liability, by means of Legislative Decree 231/2001, we assist corporate bodies charged for crimes perpetrated by their managers. Besides the judicial assistance, we can support our clients by drafting compliance programs in order to prevent the commission of crimes inside their organizations.
